Personal Information: The application begins with personal and family information to understand the influences that have shaped your journey to graduate school.
Community and Extracurricular Activities: Candidates will share their community involvement, extracurricular activities, work history, and any breaks taken, with a focus on activities within the last five years. The selection committee seeks evidence of the criteria in the experiences shared.
Essays: Applicants must submit several short essays (225-300 words each), reflecting on their goals, influences, meaningful experiences, and significant life changes. These essays should detail specific roles, actions, and involvement.

Resumé: A one-page PDF resumé, summarizing academic, professional, and community experiences, is required. This section allows returning students to provide a more detailed work history.
References: Two reference forms must be completed: one academic and one community reference. References should provide specific examples to illustrate how the candidate meets the selection criteria and how their proposed studies will contribute to their growth.
